Our superior bakery flour and vital wheat gluten products are primarily sold to the baking industry.
Permolex produces a fuel grade ethanol that is used as a gasoline additive. Ethanol blended fuels have proven to reduce tail pipe emissions, increase octane levels and reduce green house gas generation.
Our livestock feed product contains both high fiber and protein levels that are essential ingredients in animal feed rations for maintenance and growth.

 NEB will produce 114 million gallons of ethanol per year. NEB is expected to be one of the largest plants of its type in the nation, and the first in New York State and the Northeast. NEB will also produce carbon dioxide and high protein animal feed.
NEB will use approximately 41 million bushels of corn as a feedstock.
It is expected that 8 to 10 million bushels of corn will be purchased from New York farmers.
NEB’s 114 million gallons of ethanol will used as a clean-burning gasoline additive and extender to help states like New York and Connecticut comply with federal clean air mandates. As the alternative fuel market and infra-structure evolve, NEB ethanol will likely also be blended an “E-85” fuel to power “Flex Fuel Vehicles” (FFVs).
