Our first ethanol plant was completed in 1998. Using the wet mill process our facility produces high quality fuel grade ethanol.
Ethanol has been proven to reduce green house gas emissions substantially when mixed with gasoline. New innovations in the industry are using ethanol mixed with diesel to further impact the green house gas emissions from the transportation industry, one of the primary causes of green house gas emissions. | | |
| | | | Millfeed is the byproduct of our flour mill. It is an excellent additive to animal feed rations. It mostly consists of the bran removed from the wheat kernel. Our millfeed is marketed mainly to local feed lots and feed mills. Our millfeed is not pelleted, it is sold in bulk.

Currently, our stillage is marketed to local feed lots and hog operations that have liquid feed systems in place. If you are interested in more information concerning this product please contact Randy Cook our Grain Procurement/Feed Marketing Manager.
| | | | Permolex Wet Distiller’s Grain is a by-product of ethanol production. The wet distiller’s grain originates from the fermentation process that uses wheat starch and whole grain as its source for raw material.
Wet Distiller’s Grain offers beef producers an opportunity to potentially decrease their unit cost of production while maintaining similar levels of performance. The nutritional characteristics of wet distiller’s grain (high energy and medium protein levels) allow these feeds to be effectively incorporated into many feed scenarios.
- Percent Solids: 25-30%
- Ash 2.01%
- Crude Protein 22.0%
- Total Fat 3.44%
- TDN (ADF) 72.48%
Currently, our wet distiller’s grain is marketed to local feedlots. If you are interested in more information concerning this product please contact our Grain Procurement/Feed Marketing Manager.
